I've always been the person behind the scenes making things work.
For over a decade, I've been the person behind the scenes bringing structure to the work — solving problems, building systems, coordinating projects, and making sure important details don't fall through the cracks.
My experience spans operations, administration, client support, project management, marketing, and websites — plus the day-to-day logistics and in-between work that never quite fits a job description, but always needs a home.
I started Forth because I kept seeing the same gap: founders and growing businesses have no shortage of work that needs to get done, but not always the time, bandwidth, or headcount to justify another full-time hire.
